Description

This American Pale Ale is brewed with Caramalt and Roasted specialty malts for a typical APA flavour and pale brown colour. NZ Green Bullet and Pacific Gem hops are added at the boil to provide a moderate-strong bitterness.

This American Pale Ale has a delicious grapefruit and citrus aroma due to already being dry-hopped with NZ Cascade hops.

Brew with Black Rock Unhopped Ultra-Light Malt Extract, or combine 2 cans of American Pale Ale for a more powerful hop aroma and bitterness. Try brewing this recipe with a specialty US ale yeast like Lalbrew Verdant IPA Yeast or Safale US-05.

Dry yeast sachet located under the cap and detailed brewing instructions are provided on the back of the tin.
